Alright, you pukes. It’s Summer time and that means its time to get off the couch and get back in shape. Below is a link for the Physical Fitness Test for the U.S. Marine Corps. My goal this Summer is to surpass the PFT only to relapse back into laziness for Autumn. I hope some of you do the same as its good for both your physical and mental health.

 

For me, this should only take a matter of time. I have my own bench and free-weights and down the street from my house is a quarter mile track I run on. I’ll post my run and lift results below and encourage you to do the same. Should be a fun way to immerse yourself in the Unit here and if you’re disgusting and out of shape you can make your life better by participating.

 

Anyways, best of luck fellas. Looking forward to crushing the USMC PFT!

Supposed to rain tomorrow so I'll take the day off. Gives my body a chance to recover. A bit sore going at it two days in a row.
