Alright, you pukes. It’s Summer time and that means its time to get off the couch and get back in shape. Below is a link for the Physical Fitness Test for the U.S. Marine Corps. My goal this Summer is to surpass the PFT only to relapse back into laziness for Autumn. I hope some of you do the same as its good for both your physical and mental health.
For me, this should only take a matter of time. I have my own bench and free-weights and down the street from my house is a quarter mile track I run on. I’ll post my run and lift results below and encourage you to do the same. Should be a fun way to immerse yourself in the Unit here and if you’re disgusting and out of shape you can make your life better by participating.
